Embarking on an ESG Journey with Sustainability Analysis
In an ever-evolving world, sustainability is no longer an option but a necessity. Companies that do not invest in reducing their environmental impact and communicating their social and governance commitment not only risk missing opportunities but also quickly fall behind.
We offer an analysis and consulting service designed to accompany small and medium-sized enterprises on a gradual sustainability journey tailored to their size and available resources. We support large enterprises in creating a value narrative around ESG themes declared in Sustainability Reports.

A Journey of Strategy and Implementation
Our intervention begins with a preliminary analysis to assess the level of knowledge on the subject, the market context, and define an action plan. We do this through a structured questionnaire to ascertain the company's level of knowledge regarding sustainability, evaluating the actions taken and the prospects for progress. Concurrently, we assess the reference context by identifying the main market dynamics regarding sustainability within their sector (competitor activities, supply chain initiatives, customer and consumer interest). This is followed by defining an activity plan related to the ESG scope - from analysis to development support - combined and calibrated based on evidence from previous steps and management objectives.
Finally, we oversee the implementation of the action plan by creating tools and activities related to each action, evaluating partners and support figures internal or external to the company to support operations in various areas, such as: training courses and corporate culture, materiality analysis, stakeholder engagement, ESG projects, performance monitoring, communication activities, and sustainability reporting.
The Path to Sustainability
01 Engagement
Assimilate and understand ESG themes and the global perspective on them. Understand at both a company and market level the relevance of this theme and the role the company can play in this paradigm shift from profit to shared value and which corporate values it embraces.
02 Market Overview
Attain awareness of the market regarding ESG themes in the relevant sector and within the supply chain: what competitors are doing, which aspects are important for the end consumer/customer, the pressure exerted by institutions, and international regulations.
03 Impact Analysis
Distinguish the potential positive and negative impacts of the company on people, the environment, territory, and the economy. Identify potential risk aspects in terms of environmental impact, raw material consumption, personnel management, and product analysis.
04 Stakeholder Analysis
Identify internal and external stakeholders and analyze their interests, needs, and priorities.
05 Materiality Matrix
Cross-reference sustainability aspects related to business activities with the interests and needs of different stakeholders. Establish priorities for action in the sustainability approach.
06 Action Plan
Define and implement a plan containing activities involving different stakeholders and different business areas aimed at achieving the company's sustainability goals.
07 Performance Measurement
Use KPIs to monitor progress and performance in terms of sustainability, ensuring alignment with objectives such as raw material consumption, personnel management, and product analysis.
08 Results Communication
Communicate to different stakeholders the activities, initiatives undertaken, and company performance around sustainability themes.
